Most contractors talk about shingles. We install the complete system — top to bottom, every component spec'd to work with the next. This is what's actually going over your head.

The Foundation — Inspected Decking
Every layer above is only as strong as the wood it's nailed to, so we inspect the deck first and replace any rot.
Spec: deck inspected after tear-off; damaged sheets replaced.

The Edge — Metal Drip Edge
Steel edging that throws water clear of the fascia and locks the perimeter against wind lift.
Spec: metal drip edge, all eaves and rakes.

The Seal — Ice & Water Shield
Self-sealing waterproof membrane where roofs leak first, and it seals around every nail that goes through it.
Spec: 24" self-adhering ice & water at eaves, valleys, and all penetrations.

The Barrier — Synthetic Underlayment
A full-roof second skin under the shingles.
Spec: Atlas Summit 60, full coverage and waterproof before the 1st shingle is laid.

Factory-sealed first course that grips the bottom row so wind can't get a finger under the edge.
